Finnela, the coach, is an artificial intelligence made by FINNELA LIFE, S.L.U. She is not a person, and she will never tell you she is. She is here to walk alongside you and help you move forward — not to diagnose you, and not to replace your doctor or your therapist.

How it works. So that the coach can reply to you, what you write is sent to Anthropic, the company whose technology makes the coach work. It generates the response on our behalf, and it does not use your conversations to train its models. As a general rule, Anthropic deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days. If its automated safety systems flag content, it may retain it for longer; we explain this in detail in the privacy policy.

What we keep, and what we don't. FINNELA LIFE, S.L.U. does not permanently retain full transcripts of your conversations. What we keep is a summary memory — your goal, your plan, your practices, your wins and how you have been doing lately — so that the coach genuinely remembers you instead of starting from scratch every time. You can see it, change it and delete it whenever you want from your Corner. The most recent messages are kept for 24 hours at most so you don't lose the thread within the day, and after that they are summarised and deleted.

Why we're asking twice. These are two different things, and we want you to decide each one on purpose.
