Our story

Finnela began with a question a lot of women never get to ask: what if it was never my fault?

For years, its founder lived what so many women with ADHD live. The starting and not finishing. The weeks that made no sense, sharp one moment, lost in the fog the next. Being called capable and scattered in the same breath, and quietly believing the problem was her.

It wasn't. It was an ADHD brain moving with its own hormones, month after month, and almost no one was connecting those two things. Not the doctors. Not the apps. Not the endless advice that only worked for brains built differently.

Finnela is what she wished had existed back then. A place that sees the whole picture, the brain and the body, together. That explains instead of judges. That stays honest about what it is: not a diagnosis, not a doctor, but real understanding and a companion who gets it.

We're only at the beginning

Finnela is small and new, and we're honest about that too. It's built by women who've lived this from the inside, and we're growing carefully — bringing in the right people, the right care, the right expertise, so that everything here is both warm and sound.

We're not a clinic talking down to you. We're the ones who've been where you are, building the thing we needed and never had. And you're early enough to grow with us.
